To bad it will be a total rip off in this country. Besides KWA is shit. I got one of their new mk23 socoms and it is utterly a piece of shit. SO man problems with it I will never buy a kwa again.
|
I wonder what happen to the tokarev pistol that KWA was releasing?

One? KWA MK23 I assumed? How many guns does KWA makes? Glock series ATP USP series 1911 series p226 MP7 MP9 M9 series CZ-75 series Did you own all of them? I'm pretty sure its a no Don't judge a brand with a single gun. MK23 NS2 is a lot better than the 2005 MK23 FYI I've own ksc/kwa USP standard USP standard cansoft USP match (shortly after SD slide kit installed) USP match (Ra-Tech slide) SP2022 M9 M9A1 MP7 Were there problem with KSC & KWA? Yes, Are they better than alternative out there? Equal to or in some case better. I'll jump on KSC before I goto TM or KJ. I'll never jump on Tanaka, Marushin, Western Arms, HFC, Skeleton Sidearms aka ACM because they have bigger parts being broken. |
There is a fucking god.
I want, now. |
Sweet!!!
Now only dilemma is, should i go with EFA-2K or 3K holster :) |
screw you, KWA.
please toss your TT-33 out ASAP! |
gonna have to go with adamlx on this one, Ive had many KWA and they have all for the most part been shit, the hopup on all of them swell up and become un-useable with normal use, my USPs safeties and recoil rod snapped as well as the double action didnt work, the selector on the M93R only lasts a few games before it just starts going full auto, the NS2 nozzles are made too thin and explode all the time, and i've even seen the plastic outer barrels snap, plus, the kick on the NS2 is almost nonexistent when compared to TM or WA pistols
|
oh and before anybody says "its just cause its you" ive never had any problems to this degree with another brand of GBB, even WE and ACM
|
I don't think the kick part is true....the USP System 7 I have have a pretty decent kick, if anything too it was an upgrade over the previous version of the USP. And definitely more than TMs....Their Glock too are much harder shooting and kicking than their TM counterpart. But the iffy hop that breaks and the harder to source parts and harder to work on being the reason NOT to get one....
Their non-system 7 SigPro are POS though...looks good, the hopup likes to disassemble itself periodically, and no kick.... |

If you are wanting a russian handgun and KWA is your only option be glad hudson didn't make it. The rest of ya vultures that have no intrest in soviet sidearms bugger off to your other brands.
|
KSC = KWA
KSC USP Compact still going strong (thanks RM) KSC Glock 19 still going strong 2 x KWA MP7 Mine still going strong, the backup sold and still going strong so I hear. When parts are needed calling a distributor with English speaking staff in my time zone that ships what's needed direct to my house? KWA once again. Carry on. |
Ah yes....the 40cal USPc.....that thing was a thing on beauty....lol
|
Woah! Kull! Back up, hold it, Pump the brakes buddy. Everyone is entitled to his own opinion. Just because Adam only mentioned one KWA gun doesn't necessarily mean he judges a brand from a single gun.
|
I got to find a soviet leather holdster.

Most excellent news indeed!

Question is: Who's gonna have 'em, when and how much? Answer those three questions and I'm even happier!
|
Personally, the only issue I've ever encountered with KSC / KWA guns is the issue of the hopup rubber swelling due to the nature of the material used. It's annoying, but hardly a show-stopper and an easy, cheap replacement.
I've learned through a few years of experience that their guns and mags require VERY LITTLE silicone oil to keep in working condition. While you'll typically put a couple of drops of oil in your propane can every 8-10 fills with a typical GBB, try it about once every 20-25 fills with KSC / KWA. Don't use pre-mix green gas, as it will also over-oil your hopup. I quickly ruined my first hopup on my Glock 17 a couple of years ago. Since then, I've lightened my oil use on it and haven't had the slightest problem. I have no issues with leaky mags and the pistol is an absolute beast in terms of performance. I would highly recommend KSC / KWA to anyone. |

I got to handle the Makarov and the Tokarev at Shot this week. Both are working models. They said March or April they will hit the distributors and Spartan Imports will carry them, so your CA retailers who use Spartan should be able to get them.

Not sure about a helmet though, might just grab a bandana, seems a lot of Russian troops don't bother with helmets. |
I picked up KWC Makarov just for the hell of it.. Not impressed..
No blowback, ugly screws on one side.. cant remember RS, but plastic grip looks cheap.. Haven't chronoed or checked accuracy, but trigger has to be released all the way back between the shots, makes it hard to shoot it fast.. |
I will buy it if it's compatible with the Spetsnaz Holster.
