The service there is brutal. I had ordered an F4 (dont say anything, Im paying for my stupid mistake). The first time I went in, the lady called to see if Palco had any in stock. Apparently they did and told me it would be in next week. So the next Friday I went to pick it up. She told me that she had made a mistake and that it would be in the next Friday. I left and waited. Next Thursday I called the store and asked if it would be in for sure this time. He told me he didn't know what I was talking about and my order was never placed. He placed the order for me over the phone, and said that the boss picks up the shipment from the border next Friday. So I waited. When that Friday came, I walked into the store and stood there for about 5-6 minutes at the counter while the two people working completely ignored me. There was one other customer in the store and he was being assisted by one of the guys working. The least someone could have done was said, 'Oh be right with you' or something to at least acknowledge me. When it was finally my turn, I was told the shipment wasn't picked up until next week. I began getting quite pissey with them, then found out the man I was talking to was the owner. He offered me 30% off the gun - yes, 30% off a $200 gun only amounts to $60 off, after everything I've suffered. I wanted this whole ordeal to be finished, so I accepted and left. Next Friday I received a call saying me gun was in. I picked it up and thats that.
And just for the record, the F4 went through about 1500 rounds before it totally jammed. Its funny, when I take out the motor and put it back in, it will maybe, if Im lucky, fire a few rounds then jam again. All in all, stay away from Palco and the Soldier of Fortune Paintball Store in Burlington.
