They can take green gas/propane or duster (hfc134), but not CO2.

The HK45 is a fine choice, it seem to be really well made and the people I know using them are very happy with them.

lurkingknight March 27th, 2017 12:06

no. The gun has to specifically advertise it can take co2 and have mags that can accept a co2 canister.

both the tm 225 and hk45 are workhorses. I have had mine with an aluminum slide for the last 2 years and I use it a lot, no issues. A common issue if you can call them common.. are usually valve striker components or nozzles failing, but my hk45 has never had a problem.

I have 3 tm 5-7s that are in various states of self destruction though.

Dumblins March 27th, 2017 20:41

Yeah someone mentioned to stay away from the 5-7 so I wasn't exactly looking out for them. I don't really like the look too so...

I'm really into the hk45 right now, M&P9 and USP-C too they all look amazing and have good reviews.

SuperCriollo March 28th, 2017 11:36

Don't forget the TM Hi-capa ! Best aftermarket support, upgrade potential, awesome mag capacity, and comes stock with a metal mid frame.

RainyEyes March 28th, 2017 12:01

No. Most guns will take green gas/propane at best. Do NOT use co2 on a duster only gun and do not use co2 on a green gas/propane gun unless specified by manufacturer.

A question here, so far WE is the only brand have Gen4 Glock model~right ??

Kayakee April 28th, 2017 00:10

I'm looking on a WE G18C. (4th GEN)

I would prefer to get a Tokyo Marui but they are so hard to find. Few Canadian website have it but all the time sold out. :(:(:(:(

For a first G18C, is WE is a a good brand? I read that We is not too bad since 1-2 years

WE G18C is solid
Go buy it right now!

I'm lucky, I found A brand new TM G18C.

I'm going to get the ''precious'' next week. (May be I should give a name to my pistol. They are so hard to find lollll )

Now for the charger itself, shoul I stay with TM or the WE (which is compatible)

Should have went with a WE..... Works fine out of the box no upgrades required... unlike TM

If you went with HK3P you get the full trades
Also if you ever want to upgrade the HK3/WE its TM compatible
Meaning you can use the after market parts available for TM

BobbyDangerous April 28th, 2017 22:33

I have a WE Glock 17. Shoots fine. Just don't mess with it too much.

KJW P226. I used to own. Spits a lot of gas if it gets too cold.

TM has the most positive reviews but I have never had any experience with them.

Well.... we never known. I will get a second pistol and It will probably be a WE.

TM is nice but it cost me 50% more than a WE. My birthay is coming then I took the G18C reference. :D:D:D

TM Glocks should work out of the box.
If you get a TM you get the full trades.

If you wanted to upgrade the internals of the pistol, I would recommend
a WE or HK3P Gen 4 Glock. The TM Glock already performs well, so there is
little reason to upgrade.

Anyone try Armorer works? I got a Hi-capa model from Armorer works, it works better than I expect. CNC slide, aluminum alloy frame , nice and firm barrel unit, I like the trigger pull just as light as other upgraded hi-capa

BioRage May 9th, 2017 08:27

Armorer Works - it's just a re-brand of WE hi-capas.. and we all know WE hi-crapas are a no go.

These MAY be slightly better, but you are better off using a TM.
