The Tan flight suit is because it's made of nomex. Since they face IED's, they need the fire protextion Nomex offer.
A lot of soldiers on convoys adopter the nomex flight suit too.

This is just something quick I banged together for a PMC kit, nothing to awesome, but am working on fixing up something a little nicer.
