The HSGI Weesatch can hold is it 8 or 10 M4 mags I cant rember, on it its own without adding any pouches. You can also use another internal pocket as a pistol holster (can see it in his picture). I am not going to start listing off a whole bunch of stuff seeing with MOLLE there as endless setup's and its up to you to figure out what pouches you want for different operations. Droc if you want any more help feel free to add me to msn.

will do.
few more things here 1st
Weesatch and Wasatch
The difference is? One is ment to be wore over armor, and the other not?

And about these pouches integrated on the vest, if you put a big molle pouch on the front, does it make the vest pouches unusable?

The Wasatch can hold 12 magazines and the Weesatch can hold 10 magazines. The Weesatch was designed to be smaller based on customer requests for a rig that can be worn without plates. The Wasatch without plates won't ride properly and will be floppy.

even on someone 220lbs at 6 foot with a BDU?
I definatly dont wear plates under, but I find alot of gear out there is to small

You can get the fake plates and put them in the Wasatch.

Whereabouts could we find these Wasatch vests in Canada?

I'm gonna check the retailers tomorrow as I have tons of homework to do, but any help would be appreciated!

Thanks!

No problem with the Weesatch or Wasatch fitting you.

I'm the one in this pic without the blacked out face 5'-10" 190lbs, my buddy beside me on the left (the big guy) is wearing the Wasatch. No problem with flopping around, however it could be his size.

For what your after the Wasatch would work well. Add on a triple pistol mag pouch, a couple radio pouches, a dump pouch on the belt and your good to go.

If you don't use a drop leg holster a modular one can be added to the Wee/Wasatch.

The Wee/Wasatch also has a slot avalible in the front for maps.

As for the built in mag pouches with other pouches put on above them, it can be a problem depending on the size of the pouches. Pistol, admin, flashlight pouches etc. you won't have a problem with, however AR mag pouch would cause some issues.

My comments on the weesatch:
1) It needs plates to make the rig feel more rigid. It was designed to be used with them, and that's obvious wearing it.
2) The shoulder pads are a great idea. Bare webbing sucks on your shoulders.
3) Adding external rifle mag pouches to the rig is rediculous; even ran "slick" the rig still sticks out a fair bit. With another layer of double mags on the front, going prone will be a chore that'll result with you being 1/2 a foot off the ground. And do you really need 16+ mags? I do think a pretty slick setup for it though is 8 rifle mags internal, radio/smoke in the side internal slots, TT shingle as a holster strongside of the front of the rig, pistol mags on the weakside of the front, med and water on the back. And keeping the bib clear makes grabbing mags easier.

OK well now i will answer everyone. The vest alone, when I bought it, has 5 mag pouches, that are made to hold 2 in each. But these pouches are pretty freaking tight, and I liked the fully loaded look on other vests, but didnt want it to be over exagerated, so I purchased only 4 pouches, or 2x2 pouches and slapped them in the front. The reason for this is because I will be getting 5 star mags, plus 4 metal mags. So if i have a total of 9 pouches for 9 mags that are tight enough to securly hold m4 mags, then it works great. The two other pouches on the sides, are made to hold smoke grenades, I will try to get a real one but i wont use it, and the other pouch will be that m18 bb can, that holds 1500 bbs. True I wont be able to really crouch down and crawl anywhere but most of the time we're taking cover behind wooden boards or cement blocks and suppressing fire. The vest also comes with a built in map/flat things pouch lol At the top i can seperate it open and theres a thin compartment, but I purchased the admin panel with flashlight pouch because it too can open up and store papers/maps/survival mirror. My rig did come with some sort of plating, but it was a thick and slightly hard armor foamy rubber stuff that the guy included with it so its pretty solid and yes it can fit about anyone. Its tightened to the max lol.im about 5'9 weight 145 pounds 33 waist. ENjoy!
