Never EVER buy the VFC. Bought one at first, fought to fix all liabilities, I ended up defeated...

If you do I'll chase you around with my G36 till you have leather instead of skin :P

I guess I'll never understand why so many people on this forum rave about WE. I've had one and I hated it...the mags are absolute rubbish. Honestly get a KJ, save the headaches.

kullwarrior March 1st, 2011 00:30

I will give my 2 cents on general trend

WA Magna System... you will spend a lot of money to make it functionable, and the spend more to maintain it.
WE System... you will spend a lot of money to make it stop breaking, and spend a lot of hours trying to stop magazine from leaking
KJW...you won't have to upgrade to make it work, occassionally parts will break (usually plastic parts or rubber band)

Ive got a WE M4 Gen 3.. i upgraded the entire trigger assembly... i increased the recoil with a heavier buffer, and increased the ROF by short stroking the system while maintaining a functional bolt catch.

Like everyone said, don't even consider the VFC. Proprietary everything and crap quality, the GBBR M4 did a lot to tarnish VFC's brand name.

Hmm weird everyone I know that runs a WE has not had that much of an issue with the mags unless they have gone to hell and back. I have 9 mags and I only have one that leaks and that's because I forgot to keep gas in it and accidentally stored it empty.

THe_Silencer March 1st, 2011 14:18

I had 3 mags and two of them leak right out of the box.

Thanks for all your advices!, it's get clearer now!

i've lightly read the reviews on this but i stand firm behind my KJW...sure i own 3, but that's not why...as a real-steel doc i've noticed that the kick and tune of the KJW is far superior to anyother (besides the inokatsu of course...i own 1 of those too...it's my wall mount)...if i could trade any of my gbbs for anything else i'd have to trade 2 of my KJW variants for some new Inokatsu's...sure i'd have to start over but i have inokatsu's!...so best of the best is Inokatsu, followed by KJW because of excellent out of the box preformance, then WE (mind you i am speaking of thier gen3 stuff, with real-bolt action, not thier previous stuff...no bolt action) and lastly WA....and if you really wanna get cheap, but suprisingly very versatile....i'd go for VFC...those guys have converstion kits for all thier AEG's...so if you live in canada and own a shitty VFC AEG and you wanna scare the shite outta your buds, convert your m4 or AK into gas...

ibangkneebacks March 3rd, 2011 17:23

so to sum up all my previous banter...
-if you want reliability outta the box, with a seriously hard kick and good quality and reputation...go KJW
-if you want a beast and possibly get kicked off your field for mistakenly bringing a real-steel? go for Inokatsu (if you can afford it and import it) go Inokatsu
-if you like to tinker and don't mind spending a butt load of time and dough, buy the WE...but wait atleast til thier real-bolt action comes out for the scar (if the scar is what you're looking for)
-if you wanna go cheap and cansoft field ready...you like to tinker and you don't wanna spend alot of dough...then the WA is for you...

personally though, i like things that work outta the box and don't need much attention besides accessories...so i go for the reliable KJW...also, you can't go wrong using a marker made by a guy whose been making GBB airsoft and airguns since the 70's (Tanio Kobayashi...designer of the KJW M4A1 C8)

nein, Nein, NEIN, und NEIN!.
KJW -Relaible gun, reliable mag out of box. FPS config with 0.2g, propane can be ... 360 (Japan), 420 (Cansoft), 475 (Hong Kong)
Inokatsu -Money sink to start off, and the sink is leaky (you will have to continue spending money to keep it working. It has hardest kick out of stock, but any WA can do it with harder kick with RA-Tech Steel Bolt+Weight+Hardkick Buffer+Summer Recoil Spring
WE -Reliable (if you know how to pre-treat it) Problemanic (If you don't know how to take care of it), Magazine are known for its leakiness.
Other WA System (AGM, G&P, Jing Gong, King Arms, Prime, VFC, Well and goes on): Initial cost can vary, all will cost ALOT of money to upkeep it. While you have a lot of choice realistically for semi-reliable stuff you really only have 1 for parts (G&P) and 2 for magazine (King Arms, Pro-Win)

GRIM March 5th, 2011 22:27

Personally I'd go with the KJW, I've own WE, AGM, JG, and now a KJW... the KJW has seen 1000's of grounds and the only thing that broke is the rubber band, $4 inner tube make 100 spares and they work great :)

Mags have never leaked, I've done COLD tests, I sat in my Garage in -20*c and shot 10 mags before the mag was to cold to hold for refill, but still shot :)

thanks for your help!

waltherglocksmith March 6th, 2011 17:18

I'm convinced to buy a KJW! thanks for all your advices!

ibangkneebacks March 6th, 2011 19:43

werd, kullwarrior...its soo true, the inokatsu is expensive, it was my fist M4 GBBR...i fell in love coz i went from real-steel to GBB...its true what kull says, its a nice piece until something goes wrong...it was mostly customs' fault for delays but its inokatsu's fault for making everything so GD expensive and made so dang far away...btw, love CBSA's (they make us feel so warm and stupid)...yeah, that's why my inokatdsu is a wall mount now, lol...yeah, KJW or WE...WE because if something messes up, it's not too far to hit ur local pro-shop and buy a part, asopposed to other variants (THIS INCLUDES KJW!)...KJW M4 parts inparticular are hard to find, effing crazy difficult to remake and nearly impossible to import from china...mind you Tanio Koba understood all this when he designed the marker...it was made by the worlds leading (besides Marlin) airsoft/bb marker maker and designer...thus, it can't go wrong...

well until CBSA and our Gun-Control Gestapo figure out what some of us already know...

Be prepared to pay 75-80$ for mags (in-country).
