LOVE the Mechanix. The more basic the better, I find the large 'impact' bulky armoured gloves give you way less dexterity. One downside is Mechanix gloves are not very good in wet or snowy weather, fyi.

I use these gloves all the time on and off the airsoft field and they are a great value. Do yourself a favour and buy them on eBay though, Crappy Tire rips you off like mad.

You gotta look out for the CT sales man...they have mechanix on sale at least twice a year, I bought my last pair at 50%

I bought the same thing for yard work and they are descent for the price. They lack the fine tactile feeling in the index, but it's definatly something I would use.

A bit of tan or brown spray paint on them to mask the yellow in the trims and they would be perfect, color wise.

I went through 2 pair of the Mechanix gloves,and for the past 3 or so years I'v been using the same pair of Oakley Factory pilot gloves and the have a nice tight fit so you can feel everything you need to and none of the stuff you don't want too ie. the back of your hand. But,they do cost a bit more! You get what you pay for though right.

Would defiantly vouch for Mark's Work Warehouse, good quality, as it's been stated, Mechanix are great to, but if you want a decent selection Marks all the way

mechanix is okay. It sort of lacks grip compared to some other gloves I find.

Ive used mechanix gloves at work before and they suck , I havent had a pair last more then a month. For airsoft I dont think I would buy them as the issues are the same , the material used on the finger tips is thin and wears quickly. The seam on the fingers is in a bad location and seems to blow out alot aswell.
Ive used issued nomex flight gloves for airsoft for 13 years and Ive only gone through 2 pairs of them. They wear really well and are a decent price.

Kid skin = goat skin. A favorite for gloves since it's light, supple, but very durable. Wasn't One Shot Tactical doing the Vickers ones?

I've been wearing Hatch Operators for the last couple years and liking them.

We were carrying the Vickers gloves, but they were made by EOTAC, who we have dropped.

Always a balance between dexterity and durability.

you can spend significant money on top end gloves that afford great dexterity but they won't last any longer than a glove that is marginally more bulky and 1/3 the cost.

I run Mechanix , check Marks also for their Dakota line I have a pair of insulated ones I have been wearing for 3 winters.. daily and using for AS .. and RS shooting.. I did wear the tip off the left index finger off ( 1st layer of leather so still no hole) loading magazines... but they have lasted 2 times as long as I expected

I use any of my motorcycle gloves. Best part about them is that they are made to bend and give you all the added protection from taking a BB to your knuckles.

A good pair will have every major joint protected, but can run up the cost since they aren't exactly made for airsoft =p
