I just emailed Mark about an MP5 and it took less than five minutes to get a response back.

i ordered a metal body from him less the 2 weeks ago and it was out of country; he notified me tuesday morning that it had arrived in Canada and was on it's way to my house. Originally told me it would take a little over 3 weeks.... just awesome customer service, i love it when retailers under promise and over deliver.

My first A&A experience was a bit underwhelming, but partially due to the product I bought. The Firepower F4 carbine (yeah, piece of crap) essentially fired 10 rounds before the mechbox blew apart. And the KJW M9 shipped with a broken mag. But Mark accepted it back (at his expense for shipping) and we made arrangements to upgrade to the CA M15A4 instead. I had that and the new M9 mag in a few days.

So in the end, he made things right in a timely manner, and what more can you ask from a retailer? They'll get more of my business in the future for sure.

Is he going to put up his prices along with his rifles/accessories or do you have to email him to get any price? I like to know the price right away rather than having to enquire and wait for an email.

Mark has been absolutely terrific in replying to my emails. Registering and activation on his new website was pretty much instantaneous. This is my first time buying since DEA and Rangers shut down and I was hesitant to buy online since 007 is still in town, but Mark has what I want in stock and I only had to wait 4 minutes before Mark replied to my initial inquiry! Since then it's still been pretty much instantaneous responses to my emails - and that's even with him launching the new site and dealing with the whole new can of worms that that opens. I'm extremely impressed. :cool:

I defanitly recommend A&A. I bought a SCK kit through him, the kit had a problems out of the box and Mark was awesome in helping me get it resolved at no cost to me. In the end, he ended up sending me another motor for my PTW for free other then shipping my bad motor to him. Big thumbs up from me.

Definitely take that time off - in fact, take more...like the whole weekend off, I would think most of us do. Don't burn yourself out. I am of the belief that people work to improve their quality of living and work should not detract from one's quality of living. Obviously there are periods in the year where there can be super long days but it shouldn't become the norm.

And from a completely selfish perspective, it would SUCK to lose a retailer because he worked so much and so hard that he lost interest and stopped enjoying it. My 2¢.

Just going to post this again so everyone knows. Yes you can register and make accounts. However you will not see prices until Mark has granted you that access manually. Its a layer of security for him as a vendor.

Hope this clears up some issues. Also for those of you who created an account 3 hours into site launch i must apologies we had issues with the email server and emails were not getting out. please email mark or gunsmith@aasurplus.ca and they will get your account fixed up.

If you go tot he website and on the left hand side there will be something that will say account maintenance, click on that, then click on account information. There it will ask you to type in your password and confirm your password, that is were you put what you want for your new password.
