Mess laws are the same as the provincial drinking laws. Mess' in onratio must strickly abied by LCBO Liqiour laws.

I've been playing airsoft since i was 16 in Winnipeg. My dad or older family members just sign me off and away i go to save the world from the bad guys. :kill:

That can't be very comfortable if it is the camnet.........

Lerch January 17th, 2006 18:14

It is, but I've softened it up in the wash...and it works fine when I just need something to protect my neck from the wind. If it was colder, I have a shemagh and watch cap.

Sonofabitch.. ..where do you get this stuff? Is there a military black market in Italy??

PTE. Pyle January 20th, 2006 23:22

when i was in the reserves they served me as a minor. they knew i was a minor and basicly said if anyone complains we will no longer serve you. hence dont go home drunk if your parents are not going to be ok with it. the explanation i was told was "if your old enough to serve, your old enough to be served"

Greykin January 21st, 2006 13:41

lol, wow, mctaz, you sure have A LOT of gear. It's like you have a military gear archive =P.

the new "balistic glasses" are crap they do come in three sizes but dont give much protection from the sides, mine are still in the box they were issued in same as the cadpat gloves, just because its new kit doesnt mean its good.

Farmboy January 21st, 2006 21:55

The glasses are great for the range but that's about it :(

lol...actually... the majority of my gear comes from different stores. the flag u mentioned...r u talkin about the IR flag?

Lerch February 19th, 2006 03:43

Nope, I was thinkin about the good ol' OD thread flag. But I guess the IR flag would work too since they're being used alot too in field in Afghanistan.

Yes....the OD thread flags are on velcro...just in case you hadn't seen those yet.

chinese_gunman February 19th, 2006 14:31

yea....i have a lot of the OD ones and red ones with velcro....i was just wearing the red one for the sake of the picture

Nice, Awesome job on the paint for your gun too.... Why only one knee pad though, and your pants are unbloused too. :P

mctaz February 28th, 2006 14:09

thanks gandar,
paint job isn't my job but i ask to make this from one that work with car.

for the only one knee pad reply is easy, usualy i don't use knee pad in game but i have some problem at left knee and prefer use one pad to cover this in this land type..... left is the only one knee that usualy i pud down.

Trousers is unbloused because temperature is higth (about 7°c), i no need to close on boots and interior legs are folder (if you see better i use only t-shirt under jacket)

McTaz

crap for any type of use, meh they work if you don't have another pair of gloves to use, small pack is decent. needed to pull the straps further apart to make it more comfortable when wearing body armour (ie. I like it when my arms aren't numb from carrying that bag).
the bew is very guchi. take a shotgun blast and keep on tickin. though I dislike the perscription inserts. something about vomiting that I don't like.

Yes...there is...DON'T!

But jackel will learn that soon enough when he wears it to a game.

Lerch, haven't you seen the amount of CADPAT running around Panther Paintball?

did someone say flectarn?
http://i46.photobucket.com/albums/f1...meandmygat.jpg

but now you cana ruge that non-members shouldnt be wearing it on the playing field, because the did not earn it.

BawBag April 7th, 2006 06:20

You don't need to earn it really, I got all my issued shit before I was even done BMQ.

walks April 7th, 2006 09:40

so in your view I shouldnt wear my british DPM, american BDU, german flectarn or any other bit of forign kit I have simply because I wasnt in their army? cadpat is the most popular camo in ontario and if people want to put it on they have every right too. to earn the uniform for civvies its simple go to work get paid buy the uniform there ya go you just earned it.

Hi guys, I'm from Portugal, from Azores to be more exact, this summer my family went to visit my sister in Laval, Canada and they brought me back one of these sweet Cadpat bdu's, sincerily Canada makes the best gear, I must convince my sister to get me some more cadpat equipament. Heres some photos still in the backyard but someone will feel a sting because of me and the cadpat this weekend:

Lerch September 15th, 2006 12:53

Nice to see our patterns in use overseas again :-D but what rifle is that?

As for the Q's...
1) I had a digital (OD/black) pattern a few months back and then painted it away, but maybe I will again...

2) The 3rd Inf. patch looks remarkably like the Yankee flag, which is my trade flag at cadets. So I wear it out of pride in my training.

Amazing KG3 September 15th, 2006 13:15

i love the makeshift target on the wall behind him. You must have some sweet urban games in portugual.

WidowMaker September 15th, 2006 20:47

That is my baby the G&G RK104 wich you see in the picture with a taped doble-mag. I follow a modo:

There's two types of man and they both have Ak's

This is from my backyard wich also dobles as a shooting range and actually overlooks an urban field that we use, we are going to the woods this Weekend where I'm planing to use the Cadpat to the max.

I must say Cadpat it's simply the best, I'm putting the patches in the BDU hopefully it will be done before the game.

And yes we have some sweet urban fields in Portugal but the best where I'm from is the Hibrid's (urban and Woods).

That's pretty cool. I would not have guessed that Cadpat would be effective in Portugal. The times I have been it seemed more like a lush North Africa but that is the Algarve. I've not been to the Azores yet though. Guess I'll be packing the Cadpat for that trip.

hey has anybody picked up a OTG Kodiak Cadpat Jacket? I think I might get one, so long as it's not all hot and sweaty like wearing the issued rain gear. plus it's all high speed load drag looking and shit.

Well it's made with Event fabric, so it doesn't overheat. As far as I can tell it looks like it's made similar to the NCD Jacket but with a nice hood. The only downside I could see was that it looks like it cuts off at the waist (which I don't like personally).

Aswell...

Just got the NVG mount today...tossed it on. Had to bend the bracket a bit to form better on the helmet.

yeah they said the same thing about goretex being breatable and less prone to tearing. they obviously haven't met the fat kid that doesn't care because it's issued (though this I might baby a bit more, probably not though)
